fresh pastries beach access helpful staff
I adored the breakfast area with its fresh pastries. the location provided immediate beach access. It was a treasure. the staff were especially helpful with directions. Their kindness shone.
the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.

beach location yummy choices daily cleaning comfortable beds
i loved this location right on the beach it was so convenient! breakfast offered yummy choices and a beautiful ocean view. the room was cleaned daily and it was super spacious with a smart layout. the comfortable beds made all the difference after long days of exploring!
The hairdryer situation was a bit inconvenient. I had to request it from reception and could only use it for an hour.

Convenient beachside stay
great location breakfast buffet many shops decent wifi
This accommodation has a really GREAT location right on Cenang beach. Breakfast included many varieties that was suitable for different tastes. I liked that the hotel is surrounded by several shops, and there is a decent Indian restaurant nearby. I found the wifi to be quite effective .
I noted some noise from parties outside. It continued until after midnight.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. I appreciated housekeeping services, especially their daily provision of mineral water bottles. The room included basic amenities that were adequate for my requirements. It was a VERY functional space.

Customer service was great. Staff responded to my queries promptly through WhatsApp. I asked the reception staff to clean a sandy floor. They performed this task VERY well. I appreciate the helpful nature of the staff.

I found the location to be excellent. The hotel is right on the beach, so that was very convenient. Housekeeping provided great service, changing bed linens and towels daily. The bedding was very comfortable.
The air conditioning was not working very well. It was also very noisy at night. The room doors did not lock securely. It was a concern.
